If you do not wish to use the Apple's iTunes Store, you must manually subscribe to the podcast using the 'Advanced' file menu option (top menu on your iTunes player).
Using your right mouse button, click on the podcast link below and choose 'copy shortcut' (hyperlink). On your iTunes player, click the 'Advanced' file menu option, then choose 'Subscribe to podcast'. Paste the shortcut (hyperlink) you just copied into the text box, and then click 'OK'.
You can set up your online reader to receive the RSS feed with these links as well.
